NOBLE AND READY - DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEVELOPMENT TERMS

DEVELOPMENT FEES

The development fee covers material sourcing, pattern creation, cut/sew 1st fit sample, pattern adjustments, and cut/sew 2nd fit sample.

The material retainer covers the cost of materials such as fabrics & trims, any set-up charges such as burning screens or digitizing,
embellishment charges such as screen printing and embroidery, any dye or garment washing, any additional pattern changes or
samples after 2 rounds of corrections, and shipping costs for samples/fabrics/trims. If the full material retainer is not used during
development, the remaining balance will be credited to your production order. If development costs exceed the retainer, you will be

invoiced for the difference.

REQUIRED TO INITIATE DEVELOPMENT

The following items must be completed before a development project is added to our sample queue:

● 100% Development Payment Received
● Reference Materials Received
o Reference samples, inspiration garments, or physical examples (if applicable)
● Trim & Material Information Received

o Trim details
o Labels, packaging, and branding requirements (if applicable)
● Artwork Files Received (for any graphics or embellishment, if applicable)

o Confirmation that all submitted information is final and approved for development

DEVELOPMENT TIMELINE

Development timelines begin only after all required items above have been received and approved.

Estimated sample turnaround: Approximately 2 weeks

Please note:

o Turnaround times are estimates only.
o Delivery dates are dependent upon current sample queue volume, project complexity, material availability, and response time
for approvals.
o Projects requiring specialty fabrics, custom trims, extensive revisions, or additional sourcing may require additional lead time.

CLIENT APPROVALS & REVISIONS

Development progress may be delayed if approvals, feedback, or required information are not provided in a timely manner.
Any changes requested after development has begun may result in:
● Revised delivery timelines
● Additional development costs
● Additional sample rounds

IMPORTANT

Project timelines are calculated from the date all requirements have been received and approved—not from the date payment is made.

By proceeding with development services, the client acknowledges and accepts these requirements and timelines.
